Freshly Prepared.
At Chana's Kitchen, we start planning for Shabbat on Monday. You can order from our weekly flyer or browse through our main Shabbat take-out menu. Orders are due via text or email by Wednesday at noon. Then, we hit the markets to shop for fresh produce, herbs, and fruit; the best meat, chicken and fish; and our marathon cooking session begins.

Promptly Delivered.
We offer home delivery from Palm Beach to Miami Beach. Delivery service can be arranged to hotels and other locations. Pick-up in Boynton is available for local clients.

Gorgeous buffet set-up with our signature reclaimed wood pieces, five-star waitstaff, and our unique Shabbat Tea Forte tea service, are just a few of the many unique touches our team will bring to your simcha. You arrive as a guest without having to worry about a thing.
The Drop-Off Experience
Your entire catered meal will be freshly prepared, plated on our unique disposable wooden trays, labeled, and delivered to your venue on time. Buffet risers, silk flowers, dessert stands and real tablecloths can be rented so you can create a catered look at a DIY price. This is a great option if you want to set your own tables, take care of the drinks, and if you have friends, family or your own staff who will help you set and clean-up.
Specialty Food Stations
When a whole meal isn't necessary, our specialty food stations can be individually booked. Our live food attendants will set up and serve food freshly prepared for your guests. Authentic Mexican Taco Bar; Healthy Omelet Station; Make-Your-Own-Strawberry-Shortcake-Bar; Continental Breakfast Display; Mini Desserts Table; Hot Cocoa Bar; English Muffins made A La Minut, and more.
Weekday Specialty Meals
"Dinner-for-One" Five Meal Bundle
Perfect for elderly folks, new moms, busy singles or anyone who can use a nourishing, homecooked meal. Four "chef-selected" meals are packaged into divided containers and include a protein, vegetable and starch. The fifth dinner is soup and homemade bread. Dinners can be refrigerated for the week or frozen for future use. $150 per five-meal bundle (available for delivery or pickup on Sunday)
Family-Style Dinner
Soup; salad; entrée; veggie side, starch side, homemade dessert and fresh-squeezed lemonade. $400 / serves 6-8 (available for delivery or pickup on Sunday)

Meet Chana
I began my career as a food writer and recipe developer because I loved writing and this skill enabled me to stay home with my kids. Little did I know that after developing recipes for twenty years, building an innovative catering company was in my future.
At Chana's Kitchen, I personally develop every recipe and dish with integrity and purpose. Homemade challah, overnight chicken bone broth, gefilte fish braised with sweet potatoes, apple crumb pie made from gala apples, and glazed lemon cake are some of my signature recipes my family loves, and I hope you will too!
My kids know I don't take shortcuts. That means, matzo meal is ground in-house for authentic matzo balls, salad dressings are homemade using organic vinegars, and chocolate mousse is made from real eggs. This is the kind of quality our extended family of clients can expect from Chana's Kitchen. Shabbat Shalom from my family to you!
Q and A with Chana
How do you make a simcha special?
While I am all about the food, speeches are my favorite part. To me, the meaningful, heartfel messages are what make the simcha emotional and memorable.
Are any of your kids picky eaters?
Definitely! I find that with picky eaters, the fight isn't worth it. As long as I make sure to have helathy versions of their favorite foods on hand, I can breathe knowing they will eat something. And, as they get older, their food prefences tend to increase. Phew!
What kitchen appliance do you use the most?
My kitchen scale. Making sure 3 1/2 pounds of potatoes go into every kugel and one pound of carrots into every batch of muffins means uniform results every time. I even use my kitchen scale when baking cookies for my kids so each cookie comes out the same size.
Are you a night owl?
You bet! It's amazing how much work can get done in a quiet house.
What underrated ingredient is your favorite?
I use lemons in everything! When making Toasted Garlic and Herb Spaghetti, the trick is to add lemon zest and lemon juice before serving. I can't make Israeli dips or whole roasted chicken without this magic ingredient. Instead of butter, I squeeze lemon over of freshly cooked ears of corn. I even start the day with a glass of lemon water.

Organic toasted sesame oil is the star of our Honey Sesame Green Beans and Sesame-Scallion Noodles
Whipping real coconut cream is our ingredient of choice when it comes to making non-dairy strawberry shortcakes, mini lotus mousse cups, and other pareve desserts that call for cream. No hydrogenated fats, Riches Whip, or non-dairy creamer in our kitchen!
